Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping is available on orders above a specified threshold — check your cart for current rates.

Orders ship Monday through Friday. Weekend and public holiday orders will be processed on the next business day. Tracking information is provided via email once your order leaves our facility.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

For exchanges, we will ship your replacement item at no additional cost if the exchange is for the same product or of equal value. If you are exchanging for a higher-priced item, you will be responsible for the price difference.
